摘　　要：目的探讨自制尿标本收集袋在留取女性老年痴呆患者尿液标本的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的女性老年痴呆患者80例,按照数字表法随机分为观察组40例及对照组40例。在研究过程中,观察组退出7例,对照组退出3例,最终纳入观察组33例,对照组37例。观察组使用自制尿标本收集袋留取尿液,对照组使用医用一次性尿杯留取尿液,评估并比较2组的尿液标本的收集成功率、尿液标本留取时间和患者家属对2种收集尿液方式的使用满意度。结果观察组尿液标本收集成功率及患者家属使用满意度高于对照组,观察组尿液标本留取时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制尿标本收集袋能改善老年女性痴呆患者尿液标本收集的成功率、缩短留置尿液标本的时长,提高患者家属的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made urine sample collection bag in collecting urine samples from female elderly dementia patients.Methods 80 female elderly dementia patients treated in the Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.During the study,7 cases in the observation group and 3 ones in the control group dropped out.Finally,33 ones in the experimental group and 37 ones in the control group completed the study.The observation group used a self-made urine sample collection bag to collect urine sample,and the control group used a medical disposable urine cup to collect urine sample.The success rate of urine sample collection,the time of urine sample collection and the satisfaction of patients’families with the two methods were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of urine sample collection and the satisfaction of patients’families in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the time of urine sample collection in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made urine sample collection bags can improve the success rate of urine sample collection in female elderly dementia patients,shorten the time of urine sample collection and improve the satisfaction of patients’families.
