摘  要:乳酸发现以来,一直被认为是糖酵解的副产品或废物,对机体具有多种损害。20世纪80年代,随着乳酸穿梭概念的提出,研究者对乳酸在新陈代谢中的理解发生了改变。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,乳酸不仅是一种能量来源,其在机体内的穿梭更是一种代谢缓冲剂或调节剂,乳酸还通过其受体发挥多功能信号分子作用,引起诸多生物学效应。本文结合近年来对乳酸的研究进行综述,以期为乳酸的研究提供理论依据。Since the discovery of lactic acid, it has been considered as a waste of glycolysis, which has a variety of damage to the body. In the 1980s, with the proposal of the concept of lactic acid shuttle,researchers’ understanding of lactic acid in metabolism changed revolutionarily. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that lactic acid is not only an energy source, but also a metabolic buffer or regulator. Lactic acid also plays a multifunctional signal molecule role through its receptor, causing many biological effects. This paper reviews the research on lactic acid in recent years, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research of lactic acid.
