北虫草水提物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤保护作用及机制

摘　　要：探究了北虫草水提物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用及分子机制。结果表明与病理模型组相比,北虫草水提物各浓度组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)水平显著下降,肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、乙醇脱氢酶(alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH)及乙醛脱氢酶(acetaldehyde dehydrogenase,ALDH)活性增强,而丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量下降;同时北虫草水提物可降低小鼠肝组织中核转录因子kappa B(NF-κB)核转位及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。提示北虫草水提物可有效降低酒精引导的肝组织氧化应激损伤,并通过提高机体乙醇代谢能力,调控NF-κB信号通路,抑制炎症因子释放,从而有效保护肝组织。To investigate the protective effect of Cordyceps militaris water extract against alcoholic liver injury in mice and related mechanism.The result showed that,compared with model group,the levels of ALT and AST in serum of mice in each concentration group of C.militaris water extract decreased significantly,The activities of SOD,ADH and ALDH in liver tissue were increased,while the content of MDA was decreased;and C.militaris water extract could induse the NF-κB and TNF-αprotein decreased in liver tissue.That means,C.militaris water extract can effectively reduce the oxidative stress injury of liver tissue induced by alcohol,and protect liver tissue by improving the ability of alcohol metabolism,attenuating NF-κB pathways activation and inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors.
