摘 要:利用MATLAB建立数学模型,研究了补气比对喷气增焓式R410A制冷系统性能的影响。计算结果表明:在其他条件都相同的条件下,随着补气比的提高,排气温度持续降低,制冷量和COP增大,而压缩机耗功先降低后升高。模拟工况条件下,与单级压缩系统相比,喷气增焓式制冷系统的排气温度降低46℃;存在最佳补气比区间0.16~0.19,使得压缩机耗功存在最小值,压缩机耗功降低6.5%~7.2%;补气比每增大0.1,制冷量增大约10%;系统COP提高42%~45%。数据证明,喷气增焓可有效降低压缩机排气温度,减小压缩机耗功,提高系统制冷量和COP。Mathematical model was established by MATLAB,and the effect of air supply ratio on the performance of R410 A refrigeration system with jet enthalpy increase was studied.The calculation results show that under the same other conditions,with the increase of the air supply ratio,the exhaust temperature continues to decrease,the cooling capacity and COP increase,and the power consumption of the compressor first decreases and then increases.Under simulated operating conditions,Compared with the single-stage compression system,the exhaust temperature of the jet enthalpy refrigeration system is reduced by 46°C;there is an optimal air supply ratio range of 0.16 to 0.19,which makes the compressor power consumption a minimum value,and the compressor power consumption is reduced by 6.5%~7.2%;every 0.1 increase in the air supply ratio,the cooling capacity increases by about 10%;the system COP increases by 42%to 45%.The data proves that the enthalpy increase of the jet can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor,reduce the power consumption of the compressor,and improve the cooling capacity and COP of the system.
