摘  要:速冻是食品加工中的重要一环,速冻设备在长时间运行后,其所在制冷系统的蒸发器会出现结霜的问题,从而导致制冷系统效率衰减。本文针对一个变翅片间距(16 mm~8 mm)的蒸发器,开展了在速冻温区内不同风量工况下结霜对蒸发器性能的研究。搭建了速冻结霜工况下蒸发器性能测试实验台,开展了不同风量对蒸发器结霜性能影响的实验,测试了蒸发器风量衰减和空气侧压降、出风温度的变化,分析了速冻结霜工况下蒸发器内翅片上霜层沿气流方向分布的情况。结果显示,在测试工况下相同时间内,风量越大,蒸发器进风侧翅片结霜厚度越厚,静压差越大,蒸发器的出风温度越高,蒸发器的制冷量也越高。Quick freezing is an important part of food processing.After long-term operation of quick freezing equipment,frosting problems will occur in the evaporator of the refrigeration system,which declines the efficiency of the refrigeration system.This paper carried out the research on the effect of quick freezing frost on the performance of a variable fin-spacing evaporator(16 mm~8 mm)under the influence of different air volume.The evaporator performance test bench under the condition of quick freezing and frosting was built.The experiment research of different air volume on the performance of the evaporator after frosting was carried out.The decrease of the evaporator air volume,the air side pressure drop,and the outlet temperature of the evaporator were measured.Frost layer distribution along the direction of the air flow on the fins of the evaporator is analyzed under the quick freezing and frosting condition.The results show that the greater air volume results in the thicker frosting thickness of the fins on the inlet side of the evaporator.Besides,greater air volume also causes larger static pressure difference,higher outlet air temperature of the evaporator,and higher cooling capacity of the evaporator.
