摘　　要：基于高校党建工作的实践探索,提出构建高校学生党员教育培训“三五五”模式的路径:坚持政治性、针对性、实践性原则;力求教育培训体系实现设计有高度、参与有广度、活动有热度、检查有力度、成长有合度的发展向度;在行动逻辑上推动理论与实践相结合,把握集中与分散相结合,深化校内与校外相结合,落实线上与线下相结合,强调守正与创新相结合。Based on the practical exploration,this paper proposes a path to build a“Three-Five-Five”model for the education and training of student party members in colleges and universities:adhering to the principles of politics,pertinence and practicality,the education and training system should achieve a high degree of design,breadth of participation,enthusiasm for activities,strength for inspection,and degree of growth;in terms of action logic,it should promote the combination of theory and practice,concentration and decentralization,on-campus and off-campus,online and offline,and integrity and innovation.
