摘　　要：脑卒中是一种常见病、多发病,严重危害人类的健康。康复治疗可以有效降低脑卒中的致残率,提高生活质量。脑卒中的三级康复治疗体系能有效地改善脑卒中患者的运动功能,提高患者生存质量。该文着眼于在各时期及各级医院中脑卒中物理治疗和作业治疗的选择方法和具体流程,旨在对脑卒中运动功能障碍的三级康复策略作一总结,为各级医院、社区的脑卒中分级康复治疗提供参考依据,达到规范化、标准化、统一化的康复目的,获得同质化的康复疗效。Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease,which seriously endangers human health.Rehabilitation treatment can effectively reduce the disability rate of stroke and improve the quality of life.The tertiary rehabilitation treatment system for stroke can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients and improve the quality of life.This paper focuses on the choices and methods of physical therapy and occupational therapy at all levels of the hospitals and in different periods of the disease.It also aims to summarize the tertiary rehabilitation strategy for motor dysfunction in stroke patients,to provide references for all levels of hospitals and communities,achieve standardization and unification of rehabilitation treatment,as well as the rehabilitation efficacy of homogeneity.
