先秦道家身体观及其对传统体育文化的影响

摘　　要：回顾我国的发展历史可知,先秦道家思想在我国的文化体系中占据着重要地位,不仅影响了国民认知、形塑了个体行为,而且以其丰富的身体观影响了传统体育文化的形成与发展。随着我国进入新发展阶段,对先秦道家身体观及其对传统体育文化的影响的探讨,不但有益于我们了解文化间的内部关系,而且为新发展阶段传统体育文化的传承与传播等提供了思考。通过研究,本文认为:先秦道家思想中蕴含着顺应自然规律的“天人合一”身体观、注重自我体悟的“身心一体”身体观、以“气”贯之的“辩证有度”身体观;先秦道家身体观对传统体育文化的影响,主要体现在传统体育文化对“天人合一”“身心一体”“阴阳相生”的融合。融合了先秦道家相关身体观的传统体育文化同样重视“道”和“体悟”,由此使得传统体育文化并未停留于表层的强身健体,而具有了丰富的哲学内涵和文化价值。Reviewing the development history of our country,we can know that the Taoist thought of pre-Qin dynasty occupies an important position in the cultural system of our country,which not only affects the national cognition,shapes the individual behavior,but also affects the formation and development of traditional sports culture with its rich body view.As China has entered a new stage of development,the discussion of the pre-Qin Taoist body view and its influence on the traditional sports culture is not only beneficial to our understanding of the internal relations between cultures,but also provides thoughts for the inheritance and dissemination of the traditional sports culture in the new stage of development.Through researching,this paper holds that the pre-Qin Taoist thought contains the body view of “the unity of nature and man”“the unity of body and mind” and “the dialectical regularly”.The influence of pre-Qin Taoist body view on traditional sports culture is mainly reflected in the traditional sports culture’s integration of “the unity of nature and man”“the unity of body and mind” and “the coexistence of Yin and Yang”.Traditional sports culture,which integrates the pre-Qin Taoist body view,also attaches importance to “Tao” and “understanding”,which makes the traditional sports culture not only stay on the surface of physical fitness,but also has rich philosophical connotation and cultural value.
