摘 要:网状天线依靠索网系统支撑金属丝网反射面实现电磁信号的反射和接收。金属丝网反射面被索网系统分割为一系列平面面片,与理想反射面之间存在型面拟合误差即原理误差,在工程设计阶段决定了天线的电性能。针对旋转抛物反射面,采用面积坐标,推导了轴向原理误差与面片几何参数间的数学关系,给出了轴向原理误差的快速计算公式,并用数值算例验证了公式的正确性。结果表明,轴向原理误差的最大值及均方根值可由抛物面焦距及面片在天线口径面投影几何唯一确定。给定面片在口径面的投影边长,利用文中公式可快速、准确计算出面片轴向原理误差的均方根值及最大值。研究结果为合理确定网状天线网格尺寸提供指导。The reflection and reception of electromagnetic signals of cable-net reflector antenna are realized by the wire mesh supported by the cable net system. The wire mesh is divided into a series of small facets, which makes it a faceting error between the wire mesh reflector and the ideal one, determining the electromagnetic performance in engineering design stage. The relationship between the axial faceting deviation and the facet size for the paraboloidal reflector is derived by using the area coordinate. The calculation formulas of the faceting deviation are given and verified. Results show that the maximum value and the root mean square value of the faceting deviation can be uniquely determined by the focal length of the reflector and the projection geometry of the facet on the aperture plane. Given the projection side lengths of the facet, the accurate faceting deviation results can be obtained quickly by using the derived formula. The results can provide guidance for the preliminary design of the cable net antenna.
