高校外语语言实验室资产管理引入“5S”管理理念摭谈

摘　　要：现代化信息技术在充实外语课堂教学内容、丰富外语课堂开展模式的同时,也给语言实验室管理工作带来新的挑战,安全隐患、人员素养等是实验室管理方面的难点。为适应新时代的发展要求,更好地为外语教学服务,高校语言实验室有必要适时引进新的管理理念,改进管理模式和方法。“5S”管理在优化语言实验室资产管理方面能为高校语言实验室提供更好的管理经验参考。University language laboratory has been playing great role in improving the quality of English education in China. The development of modern information technology not only enriches the content and model of English teaching, but also poses new challenge to the management of language laboratory, together with other management problems such as lab safety and staff quality. In order to meet the development requirements of the new era and better serve foreign language teaching, it is necessary for university language laboratories to introduce new management concepts and improve management models and methods. The "5 S" management concept can provide a better management experience reference for university language laboratories in optimizing the asset management of language laboratories.
