摘  要:不饱和树脂胶衣在民用手糊玻璃钢(GFRP)产品领域有着广泛应用,然而在航空产品领域的应用研究报道却很少。为探究不饱和树脂胶衣在无人机产品上的工艺适用性,本文以高亚音速无人机为基础,通过试验和对比,分析研究不饱和树脂胶衣在碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料(CFRP)机身蒙皮上应用的工艺适用性以及不同条件下的应用效果。研究结果表明,由200g/m^(2)黑色不饱和树脂、2.5wt%过氧化甲乙酮(MEKP)、6wt%苯乙烯(St)配制而成的不饱和树脂胶衣在机身蒙皮上的应用具有良好的工艺适用性,并可通过对模具状态、铺贴工艺的优化来改善应用效果。本文研究为不饱和树脂胶衣在无人机领域的广泛推广提供了理论和现实依据。At present, unsaturated resin gel coat is widely used in the fields of civil hand lay-up glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP) products. However, there are few reports on the application research of unsaturated resin gel coat in the fields of aviation products. In order to explore the process applicability of unsaturated resin gel coat in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)products, based on high subsonic UAV, this paper mainly analyses and studies the process applicability of unsaturated resin gel coat applied to the carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix composites(CFRP)skin and application effects under different conditions through experiment and comparison. The research results show that the application of unsaturated resin gel coat made of 200 g/m^(2) black unsaturated resin, 2.5 wt% methyl ethyl ketone peroxide(MEKP) and 6.0 wt% styrene(St) on UAV skin cured at medium temperature has good process applicability, and the application effect can be improved by optimizing the mould state and paving process, the research findings provide a theoretical and practical basis for the wide promotion of unsaturated resin gel coat in the field of UAV.
