摘  要:高职院校作为我国人才培养中的重要模块,以其独特专业的培养模式,有效实现了学校教育与职业岗位的预结合,为各行业发展提供了基础技能型人才。就一定层面上而言,高职院校的成果将直接决定了未来各行业发展的根基。在高职院校的发展中,产教的深度融合被提升了日程,其成为破解当前人才培养问题的重要途径。本研究以江苏高职院校的智能网联汽车专业为例,就高职院校产教融合实现机制展开了全面的总结。As an important module of talent training in China,higher vocational colleges effectively realize the pre-combination of school education and vocational positions with their unique professional training mode,and provide basic skilled talents for the development of various industries.To a certain extent,the achievements of higher vocational colleges will directly determine the foundation for the development of various industries in the future.In the development of higher vocational colleges,the in-depth integration of production and education has been promoted,and it has become an important way to solve the current problem of talent training.This study takes the intelligent networked vehicle major of Jiangsu higher vocational colleges as an example,and makes a comprehensive summary of the realization mechanism of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.
