摘  要:神经炎症反应是神经系统疾病常见的病理机制之一。小胶质细胞协同星形胶质细胞分泌多种细胞因子和炎症介质,发生炎症反应。铁离子是人体内必需的微量元素,对维持神经系统正常生理功能起着重要作用。而铁代谢紊乱导致细胞内铁离子聚集,进而诱导氧化应激和脂质过氧化。目前认为,神经系统炎症反应与铁代谢存在相关性,即神经系统炎症诱发铁代谢紊乱,而铁代谢紊乱加重炎症反应。但炎症反应与铁代谢相关性机制及网络信号通路尚未阐明,对其进一步探索可为治疗神经系统疾病提供新的分子靶点并筛选新的有效药物。The neuroinflammatory response is one of the common pathological mechanisms in neurological diseases.Microglial cells collaborate with astrocytes to secrete a variety of cytokines and inflammatory mediators to produce inflammatory response.The disorder of iron metabolism leads to intracellular iron accumulation and induces oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation.At present,it is believed that there is a correlation between the nervous system inflammation and iron metabolism,that is,the inflammation induces the disorder of iron metabolism,while the disorder of iron metabolism aggravates the inflammatory reaction.Though the mechanisms and network signaling pathways associated with neuroinflammation and iron metabolism have not been elucidated,and further exploration of it can provide new molecular targets for the treatment of nervous system diseases and screen new effective drugs.
