摘 要:在超高压孤立档输电线路的工程设计中,因耐张串和相间间隔棒集中荷载影响,使得相间间隔棒长度难以计算准确,进而导致施工安装困难、产生电晕损耗、磨损导线等诸多问题。为此提出了考虑集中荷载影响的超高压孤立档相间间隔棒长度计算方法,充分考虑了集中荷载的重量、数量、安装位置等因素对相间间隔棒长度计算的影响,提高了计算准确性。首先介绍了考虑耐张串和相间间隔棒集中荷载影响的导线弧垂公式;其次分别提出了耐张塔塔头尺寸相同、不同和有转角度数时相间间隔棒长度的计算方法;最后通过工程算例和实测值验证了所提方法的准确性。结果表明所提方法考虑了相间间隔棒等集中荷载的影响,计算结果误差小,比传统方法更为准确。研究结果可为孤立档相间间隔棒长度计算理论研究和工程设计提供参考。In the engineering design of ultra-high voltage isolated transmission lines,due to the influence of concentrated load of the tension string and the interphase spacers,it is difficult to calculate the length of the interphase spacers accurately,which leads to difficulties in construction and installation,corona loss,and abrasion of wires.For this reason,a method is proposed for calculating the length of interphase spacers on ultra-high voltage isolated tower considering the influence of concentrated loads.By fully considering the influence of the weight,quantity,installation position and other factors of the concentrated load on the calculation of the length of interphase spacers,the calculation accuracy is improved.Firstly,the conductor sag formulae are introduced considering the influence of the concentrated load of the tension string and the interphase spacer.Secondly,a length calculation method is proposed for the interphase spacer when the tension tower head have the same size,or have different sizes,or have certain rotation angles.Finally,the accuracy of the method in this paper is verified via engineering examples and measured values.The results show that by considering the influence of the concentrated load of interphase spacer bar,the method proposed in this paper has a smaller calculation error and is more accurate than the traditional method.The research results can provide references for the theoretical research and engineering design of the length of the interphase spacer in isolated gears.
