摘　　要：目的研究术前血清胆固醇水平对子宫内膜癌(Endometrial cancer,EC)患者无病生存期(Disease freesurvival,DFS)及总生存期(Overall survival,OS)的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月1日~12月31日我院妇产科收治的117例EC患者完整的临床资料及随访记录。建立Cox比例风险模型分析影响EC患者预后的因素;通过ROC曲线分析确定预测EC患者DFS及OS的术前血清胆固醇临界值,应用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,评估术前血清胆固醇水平对于EC患者预后的预测效果。结果术前血清胆固醇水平预测EC患者DFS、OS的临界值分别为5.885mmol/L、5.820mmol/L。生存曲线表明术前血清胆固醇水平是影响EC患者DFS及OS的危险因素。结论术前血清胆固醇水平是影响EC患者预后的危险因素,且可以作为预测EC患者DFS及OS的指标。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative serum cholesterol level on disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods Complete clinical data and follow-up records of 117 cases with EC treated in our hospital from Jan 1 to Dec 31,2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Cox proportional risk model was established to analyze the prognostic factors of EC patients.The preoperative serum cholesterol critical value for predicting DFS and OS of EC patients was determined by ROC curve analysis,and the survival curve was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method to evaluate the predictive effect of preoperative serum cholesterol level on prognosis of EC patients.Results The critical values of DFS and OS predicted by preoperative serum cholesterol level were 5.885mmol/L and 5.820mmol/L,respectively.Survival curve showed that preoperative serum cholesterol level was a risk factor for DFS and OS in EC patients.Conclusion Preoperative serum cholesterol level is a risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients with EC,and can be used as a predictor of DFS and OS of patients with EC.
