摘　　要：脑卒中临床主要表现为脑组织缺血、缺氧,严重威胁患者的健康和生命安全。急性缺血性脑卒中具有较高的病死率、致残率,已经发展为社会公共卫生问题;即使临床给予及时有效的治疗,部分患者也伴有不同程度后遗症,临床预后较差。目前,临床对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗缺乏特效方法。虽然药物治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可通过改善脑血液循环、保护神经等获得良好的治疗效果,但是不同药物疗效存在差异,如何科学合理选择治疗药物是当前研究热点。本文对急性缺血性脑卒中西药和中药治疗进展进行综述,以期为临床药物治疗急性缺血性脑卒中提供参考。The clinical manifestations of stroke are mainly cerebral ischemia and hypoxia,which seriously threaten the health and life safety of patients.Acute ischemic stroke has a high mortality and disability rate,and has developed into a social public health problem.Even if given timely and effective treatment,some patients also have varying degrees of sequelae,patients with poor clinical prognosis.At present,the clinical treatment of acute ischemic stroke lacks specific methods.Although drug treatment for acute ischemic stroke can achieve good therapeutic effect by improving cerebral blood circulation and protecting nerves.However,there are differences in the efficacy of different drugs.How to select therapeutic drugs scientifically and reasonably is the current research hotspot.This article reviews the progress of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,in order to provide reference for clinical drug treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
