摘 要:制备了C8功能化磁性介孔二氧化硅球(C_(8)-Fe_(3)O_(4)@mSiO_(2)),将其置于聚四氟乙烯管中进行磁性管内固相微萃取—原位衍生化(MIT-MSPE-ISD)血清中的己醛和2-丁酮,用于测定人血清中己醛和2-丁酮的含量.利用磁铁控制吸附剂沿聚四氟乙烯管内壁移动,实现无需任何预处理的萃取和衍生.在优化条件下,己醛和2-丁酮的检出限分别为1.0μmol·L^(-1)和1.2μmol·L^(-1).相对回收率为78.4%~92.4%,日内、日间相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于7.9%.该方法已成功地应用于健康人和肝癌患者血清中内源性己醛和2-丁酮的测定.In this study,C8 functionalized magnetic mesoporous silica spheres(C_(8)-Fe_(3)O_(4)@mSiO_(2))was prepared and placed in a polytetrafloroethylene tube for magnetic in-tube micro-solid-phase extraction coupled with in-situ derivatization(MIT-MSPE-ISD)for the determination of hexanal and 2-butanone in human serum.Using a magnet to control the adsorbents moving along the inner wall of PTFE tube,the simultaneous extraction and derivation without any other pretreatment was acquired.Under optimized conditions,the limits of detection(LODs)were 1.0 and 1.2μmol·L^(-1) for hexanal and 2-butanone,respectively.The relative recoveries ranged from 78.4%to 92.4%with the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 7.9%.The proposed method was successfully applied to determine endogenous hexanal and 2-buanone in human serum from healthy persons and liver cancer patients.
