落后地区农民合作社三产融合发展探析——以甘肃临洮中铺镇为例

摘　　要：农村三产融合是实现乡村振兴战略的重要手段和内容。文章以甘肃临洮县中铺镇农民合作社为研究对象。通过调研分析,总结出该镇目前农民合作社在三产融合方面存在产业基础落后,发展动力有限;融合力度不足,效益体现较低;利用市场乏力,主体能动消极;产业深度不够,增值效应较浅;规范管理落后,技术人员欠缺等几方面的问题。针对以上问题,文章从加大产业投入,促进优势发展;建立利益共享,积极促进融合;依托党政力量,全力推动融合;联合优势主体,深化产业开发;引进青年主力,实现乡村振兴几个方面提出发展建议。The integration of rural industries is an important means and content to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper takes the farmers'cooperative in Zhongpu Town,Lintao County,Gansu Province as the research object.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that at present,farmers'cooperatives in the town have backward industrial foundation,limited power for development,insufficient intensity of integration,low efficiency,weak use of the market,negative initiative of the main body,insufficient depth of industry,shallow value-added effect,backward normative management,lack of technical personnel and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some development suggestions from the following aspects:increasing industrial investment to promote advantage development;establishing benefit sharing to actively promote integration;relying on the strength of the Party and government to facilitate integration;uniting advantageous subjects to deepening industrial development;and introducing the main force of youth to realize rural revitalization.
