摘　　要：文化建设是化工实训基地建设的重要组成部分,是实训基地上水平上档次的根本要求,也是实训基地强化管理的有效途径。高职教育需要培养专业与实践相结合的应用型人才,实训基地是完成职业教育的“第二课堂”,实训基地的文化建设可以引领学生的发展方向。文章主要介绍了化工实训基地将安全文化、校园文化、企业文化、校企融合文化相结合,形成独特的实训环境,为人才培养提供有力支撑。Cultural construction is an important part of the construction of chemical engineering training bases.The training bases are the“second classroom”for completing vocational education.Higher vocational education needs to cultivate applied talents who combine professionalism and practice.The cultural construction of the training base can guide students’development planning.This article mainly introduces the combination of safety culture,campus culture,corporate culture,and school-enterprise integration culture in the chemical training base to form a unique training environment and provide strong support for talent training.
