摘　　要：《孙子兵法》在战争决策应坚持的基本原则方面,有非常典型的表述,如“慎战”的理性决策原则、“知胜”的全面决策原则、“奇正”的动态决策原则等,这些原则对认识和处理当前的战争决策具有重要的启示。The Art of War has very typical expressions on the basic principles of war decision-making,such as the rational decision-making principle of"be prudent in war",the comprehensive decision-making principle of"know how to achieve victory",and the dynamic decision-making principle of Mextraordinary and normal".These principles have important implications for understanding and dealing with the current war decisions.
