摘  要:为提高内环流的应用效果,比较了围护结构、风机配置、粮食种类不同的仓房在冬季机械通风蓄冷阶段的电耗和夏季内环流控温效果。结果表明,就蓄冷阶段的电耗而言,彩钢顶仓房低于预制板顶仓房,轴流风机低于离心风机,小麦仓低于玉米仓;在内环流控温阶段,膜下内环流能延缓粮温上升,玉米仓的电耗和冷源损耗均高于稻谷仓。内环流能有效延缓玉米和稻谷的品质劣变。In order to improve the application performance of internal circulation,the power consumption of the mechanical ventilation in winter and temperature control efficacy of internal circulation in summer with different enclosure structures,blowers and grain types of warehouses were analyzed in this paper.In the cooling stage,the power consumption of warehouses with concrete roofs,centrifugal blowers and corn was higher than that of warehouses with colored steel plate roofs,axial fans and wheat.In the internal circulation stage,circulation under plastic film significantly delayed the rise of grain temperature,and the power and cooling resource consumption of the corn warehouse were higher than that of the rice warehouse.Furthermore,internal circulation can effectively delay grain quality deterioration of corn and rice.
