摘　　要：追踪了山东4个小麦主产区收储企业在利用粮情测控、环流熏蒸、机械通风、内环流控温储粮技术下,不同入库水分的小麦在储存期间的水分变化与质量变化,并将数据处理分析,为收储企业小麦收购政策的制定提供借鉴和帮助。This paper tracks the water change and quality change of wheat with different storage moisture during storage under the technology,such as grain situation measurement and control,circulation fumigation,mechanical ventilation and inner loop flow temperature control grain storage in four main wheat production areas in Shandong,then processes and analyzes the data to provide reference and help to the formulation of wheat purchase policy of collection for storage enterprises.
