摘　　要：目的:对比不同盖髓剂[生物陶瓷材料(iRoot BP Plus)与三氧化矿物凝聚体(MTA)]在乳磨牙活髓切断术中的应用效果。方法:选取120例拟行乳磨牙活髓切断术治疗的患儿为研究对象,按照选用盖髓剂不同分为观察组(n=60,患牙75颗)和对照组(n=60,患牙74颗)。观察组选用iRoot BP Plus盖髓,对照组选用MTA盖髓。比较两组患儿盖髓操作时间、龈沟液中炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6]水平、临床成功率及牙齿染色情况。结果:观察组患儿盖髓操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患儿龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、6、12个月,两组患儿临床成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6、12个月,两组患儿牙齿染色率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot BP Plus在乳磨牙活髓切断术中的治疗成功率与MTA相近,但操作简单、炎症反应轻,且不会引起牙齿染色,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the application effects of different pulp capping agents [iRoot BP Plus and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)] in the pulpotomy of deciduous molars.Methods:A total of 120 children undergoing vital pulpotomy for deciduous molars were divided into observation group(n=60,75 teeth) and control group(n=60,74 teeth) according to the choice of pulp capping agent.The pulp capping agent in the observation group was iRoot BP Plus, and the control group was MTA.The operation time of pulp capping, the levels of inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β) interleukin-6(IL-6)] in gingival crevicular fluid, clinical success rate and tooth staining were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of pulp capping in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation, the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical success rate between the two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).There was significant difference in tooth staining rate between the observation group and the control group at 6 and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of deciduous molar pulpotomy is similar to that of MTA,but the operation is simple, the inflammatory reaction is light, and the tooth staining is not caused, which is worthy of clinical application.
