摘 要:采用微波加热与磷钨杂多酸协同工艺,对玉米秸秆降解工艺条件进行研究。经过单因素、正交试验分析,以及对微波降解和常规条件下液化残渣的傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy,FT-IR)和扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)表征讨论,确定玉米秸秆在微波条件下适宜的降解条件为磷钨杂多酸质量浓度5.0 g/L、反应温度90℃、反应时间50 min,在此条件下玉米秸秆的降解率为46.5%,比常规加热条件下的玉米秸秆降解效果好。The process conditions of corn straw degradation were investigated by using microwave heating coupled with phosphotungsten heteropolyacid phase.After single-factor and orthogonal analysis,as well as fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterization of the liquefied residues under microwave degradation and conventional conditions were discussed.The suitable degradation conditions of corn straw under microwave conditions were:the mass concentration of phosphotungstic heteropoly acid 5.0 g/L,reaction temperature of 90℃and reaction time of 50 min,The degradation rate of corn stover was obtained as 46.5%,which was better than that of corn stover under conventional heating conditions.
