新型重力分级机对玉米进行干法提胚工艺参数优化

摘　　要：为了提高玉米干法提胚效果,引进国外先进设备意大利奥克利姆重力分级机,探究玉米干法提胚的最佳参数。结果表明:影响重力分级机胚芽质量分数和纯净胚芽提取率的主次顺序为风量>横向倾角>纵向倾角。采用新型重力分级机进行玉米干法提胚的最佳参数为风量115 m;/min、横向倾角1.5°、纵向倾角6.9°。在此条件下,得到胚芽质量分数为78.94%,纯净胚芽提取率为78.48%,综合评分为1.74。In order to improve the effect of corn germ separation by dry method,the Italian Oaklim gravity separator,a foreign advanced equipment,was introduced to explore the best parameters of corn germ separation by dry method.The results showed that the primary and secondary order of affecting the germ mass fraction and pure germ separation rate of gravity separator was air volume>lateral inclination>longitudinal inclination.The optimum parameters of corn dry germ separation with the new gravity separator were air volume 115 m~3/min,lateral inclination 1.5°and longitudinal inclination 6.9°.Under these conditions,the mass fraction of germ was 78.94%,the separation rate of pure germ was 78.48%and the comprehensive score was 1.74.
