摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺包裹性乳头状癌(encapsulated papillary carcinoma,EPC)的MRI表现,提高对EPC的认识。方法选取2015年8月~2020年2月29例经手术病理证实的乳腺EPC患者的临床及MRI资料,并分析总结其表现特征。结果入组的29例EPC患者中,23例为单发,6例为多发。14例EPC为边缘规则的圆形或椭圆形肿块,15例边缘不清。此外,其在MRI的表现可分为三种类型:囊实性、以实性为主和以囊性为主肿块。典型的MRI表现为囊实性肿块伴囊壁内结节。增强扫描大多数肿瘤囊壁、分隔和实性成分均显示中度强化。结论乳腺EPC的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,提高对其特征性表现的认识,有助于做出正确的诊断。Objective To investigate the MRI features of encapsulated papillary carcinoma(EPC)of the breast and to improve the understanding of EPC.Methods The clinical and MRI data of 29 patients with breast EPC confirmed by surgery and pathology from August 2015 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 29 EPC cases,13 cases were single and 6 cases were multiple.EPC was round or oval masses with regular margin in 14 cases and unclear margin in 15 cases.In addition,MRI findings can be divided into three types cystic solid,mainly solid and mainly cystic mass.The typical MRI findings were cystic solid mass with intramural nodules.On contrast-enhanced scan,most of the tumor walls,septa and solid components showed moderate enhancement.Conclusion MRI findings of breast EPC have certain characteristics.To improve the understanding of its characteristics is helpful to make a correct diagnosis.
