摘　　要：早发精神分裂症(EOS)特指发病于18周岁之前的精神分裂症,其临床严重程度及预后情况与成人精神分裂症有所差异。事件相关电位(ERPs)作为一种有效的神经电生理学标志物,在精神分裂症患者中表现出较大的应用前景。本文以P300、失匹配负波(MMN)、N100等ERPs常见成分进行综述,以探讨其在EOS患者临床应用中的价值,发现ERPs可作为EOS患者的理想生物学标志物,有助于为本病早期阶段提供适当的个性化干预措施,为改善本病预后的临床实践提供一定的参考价值。Early onset schizophrenia(EOS)refers to schizophrenia that develops before 18 years of age,and its clinical severity and prognosis are different from adult schizophrenia.As an effective neuroelectrophysiological marker,event-related potentials(ERPs)show great application prospect in patients with schizophrenia.In this paper,P300,mismatch negativity(MMN),N100,and other common components of ERPs are reviewed to explore their clinical application value in EOS patients.It was found that ERPs can be an ideal biological marker for EOS patients,which can help provide appropriate personalized interventions for the early stage of the disease.It provides some reference value for clinical practice to improve the prognosis of this disease.
