摘 要:地方高校经管类教学的传统模式难以适应新时期培养创新型应用人才的要求。互动式项目制作为一种项目研究式和互动式相结合的培养模式,可充分激发“教”与“学”的主观能动性,实现分层培养因材施教的目标,有效增强学生的创新意识和实践能力。但目前互动式项目制培养模式实践仍然存在内容衔接、进程控制和科学设计等方面的困境,需要通过更新观念、赋权增能、科学设计培养体系等方式,更好地完善与发挥这种模式在促进地方高校经管类创新型应用人才培养方面的作用。The traditional training mode of innovative applied talents in economics and management of local colleges and universities cannot adapt to the requirements of cultivating innovative applied talents in the new era.As a combination of project research system and interactive system,interactive project system can effectively enhance the subjective consciousness of“teaching”and“learning”,achieve the goal of teaching on different levels and educating according to students aptitude,and effectively improve students innovative consciousness and practical ability.But the practice of interactive project system training mode still has difficulties in content cohesion,process control,and scientific design.It needs to renew concepts,empower and energize,and scientifically design the training system,so as to better play the role of interactive project system training model in promoting the training of innovative applied talents in economics and management of local colleges and universities.
