摘　　要：目的通过分析大一年级新生心理健康状况,为做好医学院校新生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方式对某医学院校1947名在校大一年级新生的心理健康进行调查,通过独立样本t检验对数据进行统计分析。结果医学院校大一年级新生整体心理状况优于全国常模(P<0.05);男生强迫、偏执得分高于女生(t_(1)=1.93,P<0.05;t_(2)=2.63,P<0.01),女生恐怖得分高于男生(t_(3)=-4.81,P<0.01);城市学生抑郁、敌对和其他得分高于农村学生(t_(1)=-2.04,P<0.05;t_(2)=-2.56,P<0.01;t_(3)=-2.56,P<0.01);城市学生情绪孤独和社交孤独高于农村学生(t_(1)=-2.43,P<0.05;t_(2)=-2.19,P<0.05)。结论医学院校在开展新生心理健康教育时要有针对性,应关注城市学生心理健康,从而有效地帮助新生适应在校生活。Objective To provide theoretical support for mental health education of freshmen in medical colleges by analyzing their mental health status.Methods Cluster sampling was used to investigate the mental health of 1947 freshmen in a medical college.The data were statistically analyzed by independent sample t test.Results The overall psychological status of freshmen in medical colleges was better than the national norm(P<0.05).The scores of obsessions and bigotry in male students were higher than those in female students(t_(1)=1.93,P<0.05;t_(2)=2.63,P<0.01),girls'terror score was higher than boys'(t_(3)=-4.81,P<0.01).Depression,hostility and other scores of urban students were higher than those of rural students(t_(1)=-2.04,P<0.05;t_(2)=2.56,P<0.01;t_(3)=-2.56,P<0.01);The loneliness of urban students was higher than that of rural students(t_(1)=-2.43,P<0.05;t_(2)=-2.19,P<0.05).Conclusion Medical colleges and universities should pay attention to the pertinence of mental health education for freshmen,especially to urban students'mental health,so as to effectively help students adapt to school life.
