摘　　要：目的:分析老年前牙冠折患者应用玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂修复方案的价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月收治的75例老年前牙冠折患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组。观察组实施玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂修复治疗,对照组实施单一复合树脂修复治疗,对比两组患者咀嚼功能、疼痛情况疗效及咬合力。结果:修复1个月后观察组的牙齿美观性优于对照组,牙龈指数与出血指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复3个月后,观察组疼痛率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的咬合力值明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年前牙冠折患者,选择玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂修复方案,效果显著,能够有效改善疗效,缓解患者疼痛,减少对口腔的影响,提升咀嚼能力与牙齿功能,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the application value of glass fiber post combined with composite resin restoration in elderly patients with anterior tooth crown fracture.Methods:A total of 75 elderly patients with anterior tooth crown fracture admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with glass fiber post combined with composite resin restoration,and the control group was treated with single composite resin restoration.The masticatory function,pain,curative effect,and bite force were compared between the two groups.Results:At one month after restoration,the bite force of the observation group's teeth was higher than that of the control group,and the gum index and bleeding index were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);At 3 months after restoration,the pain rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After one month of treatment,the bite force value of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with anterior tooth crown fracture,the choice of glass fiber post combined with composite resin restoration has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the curative effect,relieve the patient's pain,reduce the impact on the oral cavity,and improve the chewing ability and dental function.It is worthy of promotion.
