摘　　要：目的:分析护士对预先指示的知信行问卷编制及信效度检验研究。方法:于2020年8-10月进行调查,使用目的取样的方法,抽取东莞市1所三级甲等医院(东莞市人民医院)及6所非三甲医院不同科室共2202名临床护士为研究对象,针对问卷的信效度情况进行分析。结果:问卷的Cronbach'α为0.855,共计8因子,分别为文化观察、订立规则、外部障碍、支持性因素、制度优势、临床行为、自我障碍、具体内容,上述因子的Cronbach'α为0.623、0.604、0.744、0.844、0.817、0.899、0.901、0.924。相关问卷的重测系数为0.997.8,因子的重测系数为1.000、1.000、1.000、0.751、0.821、0.998、0.990以及0.924。结论:该问卷信效度良好,其能被用于护理人员针对预先指示知信性调查研究之中。Objective:To analyze the questionnaire of nurses'knowledge-attitude-practice about advance directive and its reliability and validity tests.Methods:From August to October 2020,2202 clinical nurses were selected from different departments of one third-class A-level hospital(Dongguan People's Hospital)and six non-grade hospitals by the method of objective sampling.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed.Results:Cronbach's questionnaireαis 0.855,a total of 8 factors,including cultural observation,rule making,external obstacles,supporting factors,institutional advantages,clinical behavior,self obstacles,and specific contents.Cronbach'sαof the above factors was 0.623,0.604,0.744,0.844,0.817,0.899,0.901,and 0.924.The retest coefficients of relevant questionnaires were 0.997.8,and the retest coefficients of factors were 1.000,1.000,1.000,0.751,0.821,0.998,0.990 and 0.924.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good,and it can be used in the investigation of nurses'knowledge-attitude-practice about advance directive.
