摘 要:隧道式烘丝机是用于烟(梗)丝干燥加工的设备之一,温度是其中最重要的控制参数,改进前温度PID控制模式一直沿用出厂设置,这种模式的特点是可靠、稳定,但原料消耗偏高,不符合企业降本增效目标。针对这个问题,文章基于卷烟烟丝干燥环节温度控制模式进行的应用研究,提出温度控制应分级实现,即设置一个阈值,在阈值左右侧依次设置独立的PID参数,在小于阈值时使用0代码参数,在大于等于阈值时使用1代码参数,具体的参数通过现场大量实验数据确定,通过温度控制分级管理,减少了原料消耗,达到了降本的目标。Tunnel dryer is one of the equipment used for tobacco(stem)drying and processing.Temperature is the most important control parameter.Before improvement,the temperature PID control mode has been set in the factory.This mode is characterized by reliability and stability,but the raw material consumption is high,which is not in line with the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.To solve this problem,based on the application research of the temperature control mode of cut tobacco drying link,this paper puts forward that the temperature control should be realized in grades,that is,set a threshold,set independent PID parameters on the left and right sides of the threshold in turn,use 0 code parameters when it is less than the threshold,and use 1 code parameters when it is greater than or equal to the threshold.The specific parameters are determined by a large number of on-site experimental data and managed in grades through temperature control,the consumption of raw materials is reduced and the goal of cost reduction is achieved.
