摘　　要：《淮南子》约成书于公元前137年,是一部具有美感的优秀文学作品。《淮南子》以其雄浑、诡奇、玄想、繁复的文学美深受人们喜爱和学者赏识。唐宋以来,文人在序跋、评点中均对《淮南子》的文采给予高度评价。文章研究发现,《淮南子》的文学美与其创作者较高的文学素养、对楚辞及老庄哲学思想的继承乃至与汉赋的文体互动等都有密切的联系。Huainan Zi,written around 137 BC,is an excellent literary work with beauty.Huainan Zi is loved by people for its powerful,strange,mysterious,and complicated literary beauty.Since the Tang and the Song Dynasties,literati have highly appraised the literary style of Huainan Zi in preface,postscript,and commentary.It is found that the literary beauty of Huainanzi is closely related to the writer's high literary accomplishment,the inheritance of Chu Ci and the philosophy of Lao Zhuang,and the stylistic interaction of Han Fu.
