摘 要:为了探究纳米黏土作为温拌剂的可能性,采用两种表面处理方式对蒙脱土进行改性,并将两种纳米黏土改性剂与目前常用的某温拌剂制备成改性沥青,并对不同掺量改性沥青物理性能、储存稳定性进行研究。结果显示:两种纳米黏土降低了沥青针入度、提高了软化点,而温拌剂影响效果相反;所有试样储存稳定性均满足规范要求;纳米黏土可以改善沥青温度敏感性,且纳米黏土N2与温拌剂降低了沥青黏度,纳米黏土N1显著提高了沥青黏度。In order to explore the possibility of nanoclay as a temperature mixture,two surface treatment methods were modified,and two nano-clay modifiers and a commonly used temperature mixture were prepared into modified asphalt.The physical properties and storage stability of different mixed modified asphalt were studied.The results show that the two nano-clay reduces the asphalt needle inlet and improves the softening point,while the temperature mixture has the opposite effect;all sample storage stability meets the specification requirements;nano-clay can improve the asphalt temperature sensitivity,and nano-clay N2 and temperature mixture reduce the asphalt viscosity,and nano-clay N1 significantly improves the asphalt viscosity.
