血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔治疗缺血性肠病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔对缺血性肠病的临床疗效。方法:50例随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均予禁食,抗感染,积极治疗原发病,营养支持等治疗。另用前列地尔,观察组加用血府逐瘀汤。结果:总有效率观察组96%,对照组80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腹痛消失时间、血浆D-二聚体水平、结肠镜评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔对缺血性肠病的临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with alprostadil on ischemic bowel disease.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given fasting,anti-infection,active treatment of primary disease,nutritional support and other treatments.Alprostadil was additionally used in both groups,and the observation group were additionally used Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate was 96% in the observation group and 80% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,plasma D-dimer level and colonoscopy score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with alprostadil has a better clinical effect on ischemic bowel disease.
