摘 要:目的研究基于改良以病例为基础的教学法(CBL)与以文献为导向的自我学习(RISE)、循证医学联合模式下的临床教学新实践的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月莆田学院医学生68名,随机分为研究组与对照组,均34名,对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组采用改良CBL与RISE、循证医学联合教学模式。比较2组考试成绩及教学质量情况。结果实施后与对照组相比,研究组基础知识、病例收集、临床实践、综合技能分数均较高(P<0.05);实施后与对照组相比,研究组提高学习主动性、激发学习兴趣、解决临床实际问题、吸收和巩固知识能力提升评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论三种方式联合模式下的临床教学方式能够提高学生自我学习能力,提升临床实践技能。Objective To study the effects of new clinical teaching practices based on improved case-based teaching method(CBL),document-oriented self-learning(RISE),and evidence-based medicine combined mode.Methods A total of 68 medical students from Putian University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 34 cases in each.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode,and the research group adopted a combination of modified CBL and RISE and evidence-based medicine.Teaching mode.Compare the test scores and teaching quality of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher basic knowledge,case collection,clinical practice,comprehensive skills,and total scores(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the study group improved learning initiative,stimulated learning interest,and resolved The scores of clinical practical problems,ability to absorb and consolidate knowledge were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching method under the combined mode of the three methods can improve students'self-learning ability and improve clinical practice skills.
