摘　　要：目的探讨恐惧疾病进展对脑卒中失能患者康复阶段多维度疲乏的影响及两者的相关性。方法选取河南大学淮河医院192例脑卒中失能患者为研究对象,采用调查问卷的形式,分析研究对象多维度疲乏现状、疾病恐惧进展现状及其相关性。结果脑卒中患者疲乏总得分(54.79±8.04)分,恐惧疾病进展得分(31.88±8.59)分。单因素分析显示,年龄和多维度疲乏为脑卒中失能患者恐惧疾病进展的影响因素,脑卒中患者康复阶段恐惧疾病进展和多维度疲乏具有相关性。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄和多维度疲乏为脑卒中康复阶段的独立危险因素。结论虽脑卒中失能患者疾病进展恐惧程度与疲乏状态均处于中等水平,但有必要进行早期干预,疾病进展恐惧可作为干预的主要内容。Objective To explore the effect of fear disease progression on fatigue in stroke incapacitated patients and their correlation.Methods A total of 192 patients with stroke disability in our hospital were selected as subjects.The multidimensional fatigue score,fear of disease progression score and their correlation were statistically analyzed by questionnaire.Results The total score of fatigue in stroke patients was(54.79±8.04)points,and the score of fear disease progression was(31.88±8.59)points.Univariate analysis showed that age and multidimensional fatigue were the influencing factors of fear disease progression in stroke incapacitated patients,and there was a correlation between the progression of fear disease and multidimensional fatigue in stroke patients’rehabilitation stage.Logistic regression analysis showed that age and multidimensional fatigue were independent risk factors for stroke recovery.Conclusion Although the degree of fear of disease progression and fatigue state in stroke incapacity patients are moderate level,it is necessary to carry out early intervention,and fear of disease progression can be used as the main content of intervention.
