生长激素在脑损伤中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：随着急救医学技术和水平的迅速发展,中枢神经系统损伤急性期的治疗效果已得到大幅度提升,病死率显著降低,然而致残率仍处于逐年上升趋势。对于中枢神经系统损伤后患者遗留的肢体功能障碍,因治疗难度大、恢复速度缓慢,目前成为康复医学的重点与难点问题。生长激素是由脑垂体前叶生长激素分泌细胞分泌的一种蛋白质激素,既往多用于儿童生长激素缺乏症的替代治疗。近年的研究显示,其作为一种多向性激素,可作用于人体多种组织的靶细胞,具有广泛的生理作用,尤其是对脑损伤后大脑的神经保护和修复方面具有明显的疗效。临床研究初步证实,生长激素可有效恢复脑损伤患者的肢体功能,随即其逐渐被应用于脑损伤后的临床治疗。脑卒中和创伤性颅脑损伤是中枢神经系统损伤中较为常见的两大疾病,本文就生长激素在这两种类型的脑损伤中的临床应用及相关作用机制方面的最新研究进展作一综述,以期为临床医生在脑损伤后应用生长激素提供参考。With the rapid development of emergency medical technology and level,the therapeutic effect of the acute stage of central nervous system injury has been greatly improved,and the mortality rate of patients has been significantly reduced.However,the rate of disability is still increasing year by year.For patients with limb dysfunction after central nervous system injury,because of the difficulty of treatment and the slow recovery rate,it has become a key and difficult problem in rehabilitation medicine.Growth hormone is a protein hormone secreted by the growth hormone-secreting cells of the anterior pituitary gland.It has been used in the treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency.Recent studies have shown that as a multidirectiond hormone,it can act on the target cells of various tissues of the human body,and has a wide range of physiological functions,especially for the protection and repair of the brain after brain injury.Clinical studies have preliminarily confirmed that growth hormone can effectively improve limb function in patients with brain injury,and then it is gradually applied to clinical treatment after brain injury.Stroke and traumatic brain injury are two common diseases of central nervous system injury.Therefore,this article reviews the latest research progress of growth hormone in these two types of brain injury and its related mechanism,to provide a reference for clinicians to apply growth hormone after brain injury.
