Carisolv微创技术在乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Carisolv微创技术在乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用。方法纳入2020年7~12月期间在烟台鲁东医院就诊的96例乳牙龋齿。按照就诊顺序及家长意愿分为研究组与对照组,研究组(Carisolv微创去龋)48颗乳牙龋齿,对照组(涡轮机去龋)48颗乳牙龋齿,比较两组患儿治疗时的疼痛情况及充填半年后并发症的发生情况。结果研究组疼痛发生率为18.75%,明显低于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗半年后并发症的发生情况,研究组出现牙髓炎或根尖炎1例,并发症发生率为2.08%,对照组出现牙髓炎或根尖炎2例,继发龋2例,并发症发生率为8.33%,明显高于研究组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Carisolv微创技术治疗能显著减轻患儿的疼痛和不适感,提高患儿就诊的舒适度和满意度,并发症发生率也较低,更能被患儿和家长接受,临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical application of Carisolv minimally invasive technique in the treatment of dental caries in primary teeth.Methods A total of 96 primary teeth with dental caries treated in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 were included.The teeth were divided into the study group and the control group according to the visiting sequence and parents'wishes,with 48 primary teeth with dental caries in each group(the study group receiving Carisolv minimally invasive caries removal and the control group receiving caries removal by air turbine).The pain during treatment and complication occurrence after filling for half a year were compared between the two groups of affected children.Results The incidence of pain in study group(18.75%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(62.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After half a year of treatment,there was 1 case of pulpitis or apicitis in study group with the complication incidence of 2.08%.There were 2 cases of pulpitis or apicitis and 2 cases of secondary caries in the control group with the complication incidence of 8.33%.The complication incidence in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group,without any statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Carisolv minimally invasive technique can significantly reduce the pain and discomfort of affected children,improve the visit comfort and satisfaction of children,lower the complication incidence,and can be easily accepted by children and parents.It is worthy of wide promotion in clinic.
