补肾益髓开窍汤辅助低频电刺激治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾益髓开窍汤辅助低频电刺激治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月湖州市第一人民医院卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数表法,患者分为对照组(常规治疗与低频电刺激治疗仪)与观察组(联合应用补肾益髓开窍汤治疗),对比两组患者的治疗有效率、吞咽功能、治疗时间及生存质量。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组SWAL-QOL生活质量量表得分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SSA评分、MHA评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吞咽功能改善时间和住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者,在临床治疗中应用补肾益髓开窍汤辅助低频电刺激治疗仪,能够改善患者生活质量,快速缓解患者吞咽功能,减少治疗时间,提高整体治疗效果,患者预后改善更加明显,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Bushen Yisui Kaiqiao Decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy instrument on patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods Ninety patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke in Huzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(treated with routine treatment and low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy instrument)and the observation group(treated with Bushen Yisui Kaiqiao Decoction)according to the random number table method.The treatment efficiency,swallowing function,treatment time,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the SWAL-QOL quality of life scale score in the observation group was lower,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The SSA score and MHA score in the observation group were superior to that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement time of swallowing function and hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke,the application of Bushen Yisui Kaiqiao Decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy instrument in clinical treatment can improve the quality of life of patients,quickly relieve swallowing function,reduce the treatment time,improve the overall therapeutic effect,and improve the prognosis of patients more significantly,which has the value of the clinical application.
