摘  要:目的探讨混合式教学在中医骨伤科学的应用效果。方法选择2020年9—12月参加中医骨伤科学的2017级中医学专业96名学生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组48名、对照组48名。试验组采用混合式教学;对照组采取传统的课堂教学方式。总成绩采用期末理论考试成绩与平时考查成绩相结合。使用包括课堂学习体验量表、学习性投入量表和学习方式量表进行教学评价。结果试验组学生总成绩[(88.76±9.56)分]高于对照组总成绩[(82.61±7.31)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组的课堂学习体验量表和学习性投入量表评分均较对照组高[(60.00±5.38)分vs.(48.00±6.92)分;(85.00±6.10)分vs.(60.00±8.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组的学习方式量表评分,[(52.00±8.81)分vs.(54.00±4.63)分]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论混合式教学在中医骨伤科学伤学的应用,有利于激发学生自主学习的热情,提高学生学习的动力,充分发挥以生为本的教学理念,提高中医骨伤科学的教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of applying hybrid teaching in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A total of 96 students from the Class of 2017 majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who participated in learning TCM orthopedics and traumatology from September to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into 48 in the experimental group and 48 in the control group by a random number table method.The experimental group received hybrid teaching,while the control group adopted traditional classroom teaching methods.The total score integrated the final theoretical examination score and the usual examination score.Classroom learning experience scale,learning engagement scale and learning style scale were used for teaching evaluation.Results The total score of students in the experimental group([88.76±9.56]points)was higher than that in the control group([82.61±7.31]points),with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The questionnaire survey results showed that the scores of classroom learning experience scale and learning engagement scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group([60.00±5.38]points vs.[48.00±6.92]points,[85.00±6.10]points vs.[60.00±8.32]points),with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the learning style scale score between the two groups([52.00±8.81]points vs.[54.00±4.63]points,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of hybrid teaching in TCM orthopedics and traumatology is conducive to stimulating students'enthusiasm for autonomous learning,improving students'learning motivation,giving full play to the student-oriented teaching concept,and enhancing the teaching effect of TCM orthopedics and traumatology.
