摘 要:针对某车型高速行驶时出现的外后视镜抖动问题,对其进行实车路试振动分析,结合模态结果判断是由系统的刚度不足引起的。将外后视镜镜头到车门之间的装配链简化为有约束无阻尼的两自由度系统,根据系统的运动方程求解提出问题的改善方向。文章共提出两个方案,即优化安装支架和提高折叠电机的弹簧刚度,将二者合并实施并经装车验证后,问题消失并以此总结出经验值和控制指标。Focusing on the vibration problem of particular vehicle s wing mirror by high speed,the result of road test analysis combined with the modal test result shows that the problem is caused by the low stiffness of the system.The wing mirror mounting system is simplified into a 2DOF vibration system model,and an optimization goal is set according to the result of the kinematical equation.There re two methods mentioned in this paper:optimizing the mounting bracket and enhancing the stiffness of the spring.The problem has been solved by applying the both two methods,and thus empirical value and control index have been confirmed.
