高校纪检监察机关回访教育工作实践研究——以S省为例

摘　　要：对受处分人员开展回访教育是构建一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐体制机制的有效举措,也是落实“惩前毖后,治病救人”方针,体现监督执纪力度和组织关怀温暖,帮助受处分人员思想转化、化消极因素为积极因素的重要方式。以S省高校在推进纪检监察机构改革的大背景下对受处分人员开展回访教育情况进行调研,对回访教育的问题、原因及对策进行研究,为建立回访教育长效机制提供借鉴。The return visit education carried to personnel who violated the discipline is effective measures to build a system and mechanism which are against corruption and the implementation of curing the sickness to save the patient and learning from past mistakes to avoid future policy.It the most important way to turn negative factors into positive factors,which embodies the supervision and enforcement efforts and helps the staff transform their thought when feeling the care from the organization.Under the background of promoting the reform of discipline inspection and supervision institutions in S Province,this paper investigates the situation of carrying out return visit education for personnel who violated the discipline,studies the problems,causes and countermeasures of return visit education,and provides reference for establishing a long-term mechanism of return visit education.
