摘 要:试验旨在采用康奈尔净碳水化合物—蛋白质体系(CNCPS)和NRC模型对不同比例的玉米秸秆(CS)和湿玉米纤维饲料(WCGF)与苜蓿的发酵全混合日粮(FTMR)进行营养价值评定,探究CS和WCGF部分替代苜蓿的可行性。试验设0%WCGF(对照组)、处理组7%WCGF+3%CS(7%WCGF组)和13%WCGF+5%CS(13%WCGF组),利用微生物发酵技术,将3种不同饲料组成的全混合日粮(TMR)与植物乳酸菌混合装入密封呼吸袋中,在实验室发酵60 d,测定其营养成分。结果表明:随着替代苜蓿比例的增加,FTMR的干物质、酸性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素和酸性洗涤不溶蛋白质含量降低(P<0.05);粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维和粗脂肪含量增加(P<0.05);随着替代苜蓿比例的增加,FTMR的不可降解蛋白质、快速降解碳水化合物、不可利用碳水化合物含量下降(P<0.05);随着替代苜蓿比例的增加,FTMR的瘤胃可降解蛋白质含量增加(P<0.05),过瘤胃蛋白质含量降低(P<0.05),7%WCGF组瘤胃能氮平衡(RENB)值低于其他2组(P<0.05);13%WCGF组FTMR的维持水平可消化养分和净能高于其他两组(P<0.05)。由此可见,WCGF替代CS后的FTMR能有效保持饲粮的营养物质,改善能氮平衡,其中13%WCGF组能有效提升饲料的利用率。This study was conducted to evaluate the nutritional values of fermented total mixed rations of corn straw(CS),wet corn gluten feed(WCGF),and alfalfa with different proportions using Cornell Net Carbohydrate-Protein System(CNCPS)and National Research Council(NRC)models.To explore the feasibility of partial substitution of alfalfa with CS and WCGF.0%WCGF(control group),treatment group 7%WCGF+3%CS(7%WCGF)and 13%WCGF+5%CS(13%WCGF)were set up in the experiment.Total mixed ration(TMR)and plant lactic acid bacteria were mixed into a sealed breathing bag and fermented for 60 days by using microbial fermentation technology in the laboratory,and their nutritional components were determined.The results showed as followsthat with the increasing of replacement proportion of alfalfa,the dry matter,acid detergent fiber,acid detergent lignin,and acid detergent insoluble crude protein content of FTMR was decreased(P<0.05);The contents of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and ether extract were increased(P<0.05).The contents of non-degradable protein,rapidly degradable carbohydrate and non-degradation carbohydrate in FTMR were decreased with the increase of alfalfa replacement proportion(P<0.05).With the increase of alfalfa replacement proportion,the rumen degradable protein content of FTMR was increased(P<0.05),while the rumen undegradable protein content was decreased(P<0.05),the ruminal energy nitrogen balance value of 7%WCGF treatment group was lower than that of other two groups(P<0.05).FTNR in the 13%WCGF group significantly increased total digestible nutrients and net energy(P<0.05).In conclusion,FTMR can effectively maintain dietary nutrients and improve energy and nitrogen balance,and the 13%WCGF treatment group can effectively improve feed utilization rate.
