摘  要:目的研究添加不同质量分数的氧化石墨烯对丙烯酸酯类软衬材料的抗真菌活性体外分析。方法将0.00 wt%、0.25 wt%、0.50 wt%、1.00 wt%、2.00 wt%的氧化石墨烯添加到丙烯酸酯类软衬材料中,未添加组为对照组,其余为实验组。实验采用扫描电镜(SEM)及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪进行表征检测,运用CCK-8法检测含有不同质量分数GO的义齿软衬材料对小鼠成纤维细胞L929增殖的影响及细胞毒性,采用活/死细胞染色法检测各组对L929细胞活性的影响;采用薄膜密贴法检测各组试件对白色念珠菌的抗菌率,然后选择加入抗菌效果最好组的复合材料进行8h紫外线灯照射和5000次冷热循环处理,检测其抗菌长期效果。结果扫描电镜显示氧化石墨烯均匀分散在丙烯酸酯类自凝软衬材料上,通过与对照组对比发现,小鼠成纤维细胞的增殖和活性不受影响(P>0.05),但对白色念珠菌的活性存在一定的影响(P<0.05),影响趋势为抗菌效果好的浓度大。结论添加氧化石墨烯的试验中均表现出抗菌作用,影响趋势为抗菌效果好的浓度大,且抗菌不随时间增加而减弱。Objective To carry out an in vitro analysis on the antifungal activity of acrylic soft lining materials by adding different mass fractions of graphene oxide.Methods 0.00wt%,0.25wt%,0.50wt%,1.00wt%,2.00wt%of graphene oxide was added to acrylic soft lining materials,with the 0.00wt%addition as the control group,and the rest as the experimental groups.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer were used for characterization and detection in the experiment.The CCK-8 method was used to detect the proliferation and cytotoxicity of soft denture lining materials containing different mass fractions of GO on mouse fibroblast L929 cells,and the live/dead cell staining method was used to detect the effect of each group on L929 cell activity.The antibacterial rate of each group of specimens against Candida albicans was detected by the film adhesion method,and then the composite material with the best antibacterial effect was selected for 8h ultraviolet lamp irradiation and 5000 cycles of cold and heat treatment,and the long-term antibacterial effect was tested.Results Scanning electron microscope showed that graphene oxide was evenly dispersed on the acrylic self-coagulating soft lining materials.Compared with the control group,it was found that the proliferation and activity of mouse fibroblasts were not affected(P>0.05),but the activity of Candida albicans was affected to a certain extent(P<0.05),and the trend was that the higher the concentration,the better the effect was.Conclusion The experiments with the addition of graphene oxide all present an antibacterial effect,with a trend that the higher concentration,the better the effect is,and the antibacterial effect does not decrease with time.
