摘 要:本研究以敦化地区仿生栽培茖葱为试材,探究了土壤水分状况与其生长及营养物质积累的关系。结果表明:土壤水分状况对茖葱生物量与营养物质积累的影响较显著,轻度水分胁迫(土壤含水量为田间持水量的70%)对营养生长期的各部分生物量积累有明显的促进作用,同时也促进了展叶盛期的营养物质积累,其维生素C、总黄酮、β-胡萝卜素、可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照组高8.3%、6.0%、18.0%、14.0%与8.6%,为最有利生长与营养物质积累的土壤水分处理。因此,应注意水分调控,使营养生长期的土壤含水量保持在田间持水量的70%左右,以促进茖葱的生长,并改善营养品质。In this study,the bionic cultivated Allium victorialis L.in Dunhua area was taken as the experiment material.The relationship between the soil moisture and the growth and the relationship between the soil moisture and the nutrient accumulation were analyzed.The results showed that both the biomass and the nutrient accumulation of Allium victorialis L.were significantly affected by the soil moisture.Both the biomass accumulation of each part in vegetative growing stage and the nutrient accumulation in peak leaf-expansion stage were significantly promoted with the mild water stress treatment(the soil water content was 70%of the field water holding capacity).The contents of vitamin C,total flavone,β-carotene,soluble sugar and soluble protein were 8.3%,6.0%,18.0%,14.0%and 8.6%higher than those of the control group,respectively.The mild water stress treatment could be the most favorable soil water treatment for the growth and nutrient accumulation.Therefore,the water regulation should be paid attention.The soil water content in the vegetative growing stage should be maintained at about 70%of the field water holding capacity to promote the growth of Allium victorialis L.and improve the nutritional quality.
