针刺八髎穴联合生物反馈治疗直肠癌术后低位直肠前切除综合征疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺八髎穴联合生物反馈治疗直肠癌术后低位直肠前切除综合征(LARS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例LARS患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,试验组给予针刺八髎穴联合生物反馈治疗,对照组给予生物反馈治疗,两组均治疗3周。治疗后6个月,比较两组患者LARS评分、QLQ-C30评分及肛门压力。结果:治疗后,两组LARS评分降低,QLQ-C30评分、肛门静息压、肛管收缩压及最大耐受量升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组LARS评分低于对照组,QLQ-C30评分、肛门静息压、肛管收缩压及最大耐受量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺八髎穴联合生物反馈可降低患者LARS评分,改善患者生活质量,提高肛门功能。Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Baliao points combined with biofeedback on low anterior resection syndrome(LARS)after rectal cancer surgery.Methods:60 patients with LARS were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given acupuncture at Baliao points combined with biofeedback,and the control group given biofeedback.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.6 months after treatment,LARS score,QLQ-C30 score and anal pressure were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the LARS score decreased,QLQ-C30 score,anal resting pressure,anal systolic pressure and maximum tolerance volume increased,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).After treatment,the LARS score of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and QLQ-C30 score,anal resting pressure,anal systolic pressure and maximum tolerance were higher than those in the control group,differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Baliao point combined with biofeedback can reduce patients’LARS score,improve patients’quality of life and improve anal function.
