不同灸材隔姜灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨传统艾条隔姜灸和无烟艾条隔姜灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)临床疗效及对血清学指标的影响。方法:选取80例CAG患者随机分为试验组和观察组,每组各40例。试验组采用传统艾条隔姜灸,观察组采用无烟灸条隔姜灸。比较两组皮肤温度-时间曲线、中医证候评分、血清学指标。结果:试验组穴位皮肤最高温度低于观察组(P<0.05),试验组最高温度出现时间晚于观察组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为75.0%,观察组总有效率为45.0%,试验组总有效率高于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组中医证候评分低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组GAS水平升高,试验组PGⅠ水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:传统艾条隔姜灸和无烟艾条隔姜灸均可改善CAG患者临床症状及血清学指标,但传统艾条隔姜灸适宜温度刺激时间长于无烟灸条隔姜灸,疗效更好,其机制可能与上调血清胃蛋白酶原及胃泌素水平有关。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of traditional moxa stripe ginger moxibustion and smokeless moxa stripe ginger moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its influence on serological indicators.Methods:80 CAG patients were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group used traditional moxa stick ginger moxibustion,and the observation group used smokeless moxibustion stick ginger moxibustion.Skin temperature-time curve,TCM syndrome score and serological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The maximum point skin temperature of the experimental group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The maximum point skin temperature of the experimental group appeared later than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 75.0%,and that of the observation group was 45.0%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,GAS level in both groups increased,and PGⅠlevel in the experimental group increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both traditional moxa strip ginger moxibustion and smokeless moxa strip ginger moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms and serological indicators of CAG patients.Traditional moxa strip ginger moxibustion has longer time of suitable temperature stimulation than smokeless moxibustion strip ginger moxibustion,and the curative effect is better.The mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of serum pepsinogen and gastrin levels.
