摘　　要：近年来,针对结直肠癌(CRC)的动物模型受到了研究者们的广泛关注。实验室小鼠成为肿瘤学研究中最具吸引力的实体之一。目前常规使用的CRC动物模型分为自发性模型、诱发性模型、移植性模型以及转基因模型。CRC原位移植造模相较于异位移植造模有其显著的优势,因此应用日趋普及。新的造模方式不断取代传统的造模方式,在肿瘤成瘤率、小鼠存活率以及肿瘤细胞转移率上都有明显的提高。现对开放手术造模、灌肠造模、经肛门低剂量电凝造模以及内镜微创造模四类方法及其优缺点进行阐述。In recent years,animal models for colorectal cancer have received extensive attention from researchers.Laboratory mice have become one of the most attractive entities in oncology research.The currently routinely used animal models of colorectal cancer are divided into spontaneous models,induced models,transplantable models and transgenic models.Colorectal tumor orthotopic transplantation modeling has significant advantages compared with heterotopic transplantation modeling.In recent years,the application of orthotopic modeling has become more and more popular.New modeling methods continue to replace traditional modeling methods.The tumor formation rate,mouse survival rate and tumor cell metastasis rate have been significantly improved.This article describes the four technologies of open surgery,enema,transanal low-dose electrocoagulation and endoscopic minimally invasive modeling and their advantages and disadvantages.
