摘 要:葡萄着色是葡萄生长过程中的重要环节,对葡萄品质有极为重要的影响。作者以9年生弗雷葡萄品种为对象,研究了该课题组创制的新型脱落酸功能类似物萘酮戊酸(natenpac)对田间葡萄果实着色及品质提升的影响。在果实着色初期,以萘酮戊酸有效成分2、5、10 mg/L 3个质量浓度梯度分别进行叶面喷雾、灌根或浸果处理,结果表明:以叶面喷雾和灌根处理,萘酮戊酸可加速花青素的生物合成,从而使葡萄浆果较对照提前7~10 d完成着色,并显著提高了果实中可溶性固形物含量和着色程度,同时浆果横径和单果重也有所提高。本研究明确了萘酮戊酸对弗雷葡萄的最佳施药方式和浓度,为指导萘酮戊酸在葡萄着色中的田间合理应用提供了依据。Grape coloring is an essential stage in grape ripening process,which has a very important influence on the quality of grape berries.In this paper,the authors investigated the influences of natenpac,a novel abscisic acid(ABA)functional analog developed by themselves,on grape coloring and quality improvement of 9-year-old Frey grape varieties in the field.At the initial stage of fruit coloring,foliar spraying,root irrigation or fruit soaking were carried out with 2,5 and 10 mg/L natenpac,respectively.The results showed that natenpac could accelerate the biosynthesis of anthocyanins,so that make berries finish coloring 7-10 days earlier than the control in foliar spraying or root soaking modes,with significant increase of soluble solid content,coloring degree,and slight increase of the transverse diameter and single fruit weight of berries.This study clarified the best application mode and concentration of natenpac to Frey grape,and provided a basis for guiding the rational application of natenpac in grape coloring in the field.
